Formation of LSU dimer after nanoparticle treatment. Plants treated for 2, 4 or 16 h with ultra-small anatase TiO₂ nanoparticles (nTiO₂) were used for the isolation of total protein extracts. Protein extracts were resolved on 4–20% gradient separating acrylamide gel and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane.
